"They never take calls or intimate about the reports. I have been trying to reach the Indiranagar centre since hours to collect my report, but, the reception staff either keeps the phone engaged, and if, by chance you get through, they disconnect the phone. Very poor service once they take money for the tests"

"Very slow delivery of reports and a highly mismanaged way of handling patients with ill-mannered staff. It's better to get your reports done from other diagnostic labs in the city. Pathetic experience indeed."
